POLICIES AT WICCAN SPIRITS

At Wiccan Spirits , our customers come first. That’s why we’ve developed a clear store policy that outlines everything you need to know about shopping with us. Read about them below and contact us with any questions you may have.

SHIPPING

As all products are currently being sold via third party, we cannot guarantee any shipping costs at this time. 

In the future, we hope to implement flat-rate shipping for our customized jewelry.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Wiccan Spirits will be crafting a return and refund policy over the next 3-6 months during our launch. As of right now, the ecommerce store will be accepting any returns or refunds within these guidelines: (time limit starts after notice of delivery is sent)

  • 30 day return policy on products with proof of purchase for full refund

  • 15 day return policy on customized products with proof of purchase for full refund

  • No return on FINAL SALE products (circumstantial)

  • Any product with recalled material will be returned any time with proof of purchase

  • If any product is returned after these time limits, a 20% restocking fee will be charged

  • Gift returns (without proof of purchase) will be granted a gift card or store credit

ONLINE COMMUNITY 

These rules and guidelines include how to treat others online, what we tolerate, personal information sensitivity, and communicate skills. Specific rules include:

  • Treating others as you would treat them in real life

  • Be understanding and tolerable towards others’ opinions and views

  • Respectfully disagree rather than starting an online argument

  • Respect privacy and sensitive information secrecy

  • Communicate with others with courtesy and respect

  • Use communication features responsibility

                        As for the absolutely do not’s:

  • Do not make personal attacks on other community members

  • Do not make defamatory remarks

  • Do not create false statements or accusations

  • Do not be a bully

If these rules and guidelines are not met or are violated, the consequences will result as followed:

  1. First Time Warning – contact community member and inform about violation

  2. Second Warning – revoking commenting and interaction privileges for x amount of time depending on violation

  3. Third Warning – disabling comment/messaging privileges for x double amount of time depending on violation as well as flag account

  4. Final – deactivating account and putting email on block list for up to 6 months to a year

 

By logging onto the community and activating your personal profile, the customer will automatically be given trust of understanding and agreement with the terms and conditions that apply.
